All GT Security Ltd personnel are fully vetted to BS 7858 Recruitment and Vetting standards through the Security Industry Authority and are also checked against their eligibility to work in the UK. All personnel hold a valid SIA licence required for their role.

Our goal at GT Security Ltd is to provide a professional, dependable and expert service that exceeds both the expectations of our clients and our contractual obligations. To maintain our standards all our staff are given additional training to enhance their skill sets and to make them feel more of a valued employee. This has included putting staff through various NVQ program's at both Level 2 and Level 3, Health and Safety Level 3, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Spectator Safety Level 2 and 3.
